Endermologie® is like performing gymnastics on your skin and underlying tissues. Its gentle suction mobilizes the connective tissues and its motorized rollers help increase circulation, thus facilitating the exchange of fluids. Endermologie® closes the gap between the two forces that originally created the cellulite, this fighting their appearance. Various maneuvers are applied first on the back, then on the buttocks, thighs, legs and finally on the abdomen. Our Endermologie® therapist will individualize your treatment by focusing on your cellulite-ridden areas.

During the 35 minute session, you will be asked to wear a specially designed body garment which helps optimize the effectiveness of the treatment and makingit a more comfortable and hygenic one.

Every patient requires between 14 - 21 Endermologie® sessions (depending on the severity of your cellulite problem). Each client is recommended to undergo two treatments per week for seven weeks followed by a once-a-month maintenance session. Continued commitment to a healthy lifestyle is recommended. It is also a great programme to undertake after liposuction to "touchup" problem areas and smooth out the lumpy areas after surgery.

The sensation of the Endermologie® treatment is similar to a deep massage and is never painful. Most clients report a feeling of relaxation and an increase in their energy. Since the lymph system is stimulated, it is recommended that you drink at least two litres of water a day during the duration of your treatment.

Areas that can be treated with Endermologie® include the arms, inner thighs, gluteal region (hips), buttocks, abdomen, calves and ankles.

Endermologie® treatments do not replace diet and exercise. It is highly recommended that you add diet and exercise to your routine whilst undergoing Endermologie® treatments.

Endermologie® treatments also work on men. In problem areas such as love handles and loose pectoral tissues, results have been excellent. What's more, Endermologie®, through its relaxing and soothing action, has an indisputable stress-lowering effect.
